Maintenance / Corrective Works

It is important upon completion of an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) that corrective works are carried out where required to maintain the safety of the installation.

After an EICR is carried out you will be provided with a certificate which will incorporate a discrepancy list, these will have a code assigned which denotes the severity of the fault. We will work with you in order to prioritise works.

If you notice an issue which you think might compromise safety, such as a damaged socket or light fitting for
example, contact us and we’ll be there for you.

Regulations
All work is carried out to the IEE Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) this standard ensures that your electrical systems are problem free from fire or injury.

This, reduces risk of accidents in the premises and complies with the legislation. By not complying, the results can be devastating, for example fires can break out which may lead to costly results to occupants and the building.
